2.1 Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred safari option, preferred date, and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to plan your safari experience.

2.2 WhatsApp
Our website provides a button linking to WhatsApp (wa.me). Clicking this button opens WhatsApp — a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. / WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. We do not receive or store any data before you actively open WhatsApp and choose to send a message. Your WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). When you visit our site, your IP address, browser type, and access time may be recorded in server logs for security and operational purposes.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are retained for as long as necessary to provide our services, and for a maximum of 3 years thereafter for business records. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
